No rush anyhow... No point in rushing.
How are you guys doing? How are the critters holding up in this weather?
My girls were mad at me today because I didn't let them outside due to some rain on and off.
They're so cranky if theyre stuck in the coop.. I get yelled at every time I walk in there or by it. Lol. Cackle, cackle, cackle!

What did I say 24-36 hours? Well big red bull calf born about an hour ago, up and nursing. I'll post pics in the morning.

The turkey drumsticks worked much better than chicken in the "dinde au vin" recipe. more robust flavour and better texture.
