Not a joke but...

Post by Skinny rooster » Sat Feb 10, 2018 2:33 pm

This is not a joke but I was playing a trick on a city friend saying that I had rabbits because I was making rabbit milk cheese and that it's huge in Europe. So he believed me (sort of) but then went on line to read about rabbit cheese making in the Netherlands which was a total lie. However he actually did find a story about some back to the land hillbilly who makes cheese from rabbits milk! He milks them with an eye dropper! So the joke was kind of on me, but I actually did think that there is probably some internet weirdo out there milking rabbits!

Instead of camembert cheese, camembunny cheese?

Diligently follow the path of two swords as one. Percieve that which the eye cannot see. Seek the truth in all things. Do not engage in useless activity.

Well making cheese from sheep milk is popular in Europe, I didn't know there are milking sheep breeds until a few years ago. They have also started doing this in Quebec I believe. I have heard of mare's milk cheese and apparently some people make cheese from donkey milk.

I wonder Baron is camel cheese lumpy?
