WHOOHOO! awesome appointment today at the surgeons! looks like i'm fused! and i can go back to work full time (um......been back for a month and a bit) and "activity as tolerated". YAY!

thanks everyone!!!! now i just have to learn how to throw a frisbee before the piknik....that saying "ya throw like a girl" doesn't even come close to resembling what my "throw" is LOL. i tried just throwing some zucchini pieces to the chickens the other night. um. wow. i think i managed to get them 10 feet away....maybe, if i was generous in my estimation!
