ha ha. Those incidences reminded me of the time I was cleaning out the barn with our small skid steer. It has a manure bucket with about 5-6 manure forks on the bottom. After ages... you kind of go numb driving the thing, so repetitive and I forgot to lower the arms when driving back into the doorway. Oops. I drove 2 ends of the spears into the track that the big sliding door opens and closes on. Gary had to do some fixing on it... but to this day, when you go to slide that door shut, you have to yank it good past those points, because the metal is still poked in abit, and it does catch a little.
But, I am glad I did that, instead of what Dave did. He drove one of those forks, or two, lol, into the manure spreader tire we were dumping the manure into, the time he was in charge. Bigger fix. Costlier too, lol.
