Good Morning!
I have only ever had cocci once but this is what I used for it as well and it did wonders to clear it up.WLLady wrote:QR_BBPOST 10 days of amprolium (5 days at 0.024% and 5 days at 0.012%) and off 5 days. If symptoms return during that 5 days repeat treatment for 10 days at 0.024%. At least this is what my vet recommended and it worked beautifully in 10 days.

Good Morning!
Hi everyone,
Well, as far as i know pre-op appointment went well, so barring getting rampant pneumonia everything seems good to go.
Haven't seen too many hunters around our area (yet), hoping for luck for everyone still hunting!
last of the chickens that needed to go are gone, and the basement pen is cleaned and awaiting hatches in the summer. Looks like i will be fairly horizontal or vertical and nothing in between (no sitting for more than 15 minutes) for the next 3 months...lots of laying down and lots of walking, and nothing else. Guess it's a good thing to do in the winter. Looks like 7-10 days in the hospital after, but they're going to try to get everything fixed in the one day of surgery. i'll end up with a brace probably for the first while after surgery as well, because of the extent of the rebuild needed.
we shall see, if i don't run and hide before....so they always measure me-and 2 years ago i was 5 foot 10. today i'm 5 foot 7. that's 3 inches! yikes! blood, blood pressure, yadda yadda.....good thing i keep readings at home, because today at the hospital that was HIGH. didn't help that there were 5 people watching. sigh.
oh well.
have fun processing Ross.
hope everyone has a great day.
