To all New people, this (mostly LOL) lovable bunch of poultry people will be having a get together this summer in Eastern Ontario, and hope to make it an annual event, moving it around the province. Potluck food, bonfire and beds for travellers and hearty partiers. Even whisperings of craft sales and egg swaps. Trying to hammer out a date here http://www.poultrytalkontario.net/forum ... nik#p12952

I often wonder how many people join, introduce themselves( or don't) and then never come back. many times I have commented on a new poster and then they never answer and seem to never log on again.

I hope it dosent happen often but on PSO there were about 2000 members that were barely active at all. I think most of those members basically just used the classifieds. maybe even once a year... Erin purged members that didnt log in in over a year so there were more... we can run searches to find all that info out...

This is a great forum with awesome members and tonnes of excellent advice!

Well I am here every day, but I only post when I can add something useful (or witty). My yard is a bunch of mud, and too soft to drive on or I'd be moving more manure.

I keep watching shows like "Debbie Travis la Dolce Vita" and thinking "my place could look like that if I had a half million to hire landscapers and stonemasons." As it is, I have to stop whining and get to work. :farmer:

Haha Kathy. I wasn't saying you...in particular. Well maybe. Not. BAHHHAHAAAAA. I'm just teasing. There are definite regulars and long winded posters (ahem, me)

Baron, I love your posts. I told someone today you were one of my favourite wise men and I could sit by a fire with a warm mug of coffee and just listen to your stories and sharing of your knowledge.
