what gave it away was the if you have 234 you can 1234.....ear-hear....
and the precise time/place is AT.
from there it's hangman pretty much, fill in the blanks. LOL

don't feel bad guys....i was pretty bored in school back in grade 4 and the teacher took pity on me and would get me these puzzle books, so i've had a ton of practice.....

Where do you have to add plus signs on the left to make the equation work? You can add as many plus signs as you want. You are not allowed to remove any of the 8s.
