This is the disappearing Leprechaun one- the way it works, you cut the picture into three strips, a long bottom one and two shorter top ones of different length. When you swap the top two strips left to right, in one set you get 15 :Leprechauns, in the other, only 14. You are supposed to figure out where the missing Leprechaun went. In this jpeg the top two strips have been swapped over in the bottom picture, so you can see both sets.

Best i can figure is each of the lepraucans are each short a small piece in the reorganized one where the top panels are moved....one is missing nose, another is missing in height and another missing a foot....resulting in a kind of phase shift...so there really isnt a change in overall total amount of lepracan (sp) but a redistribution of parts resulting in an additional apparent lepraucan....a very elaborate illusion. ☺ but thats the only way i can explain it....if you simply cut top from bottom (2 pieces) you can slide them across and make a panel with 13 too
