Let's talk peafowl color genetics

I just noticed that peafowl have a section in the breed forum. We can't let this go to waste! So I'm going to start. For the first time I have in the flock a Spalding peahen now 2 yrr. My understanding when I bought her as a chick was a true cross between a black shoulder and a pure Java. I have black shoulder and pure white genetic pool. When she breeds to either, will I totally lose the green sheen she shows? I'm thinking I will lose the green coloration, but she is true to the Java in her size. She is considerably longer in the leg and has a fuller body then my 4 yr old blue peahens. Comments?
