Shipped eggs are a challenge to hatch for sure. Happy to help with tips when you need!

Let me know what you think of my current protocol!
When I got them, I rested them for 20 hours pointy end down in carton
I put them in incubator for 3 days then candled and noticed the air cells are in fact not fully intact.
They aren't fully detached either though! So once I noticed that I put them back into cartons in the incubator and just turn slightly but not much in their holder. I am going to candle again tonight and see how air cells look.

Should I eventually put them back into the turner? Its just the one where pointy end is down and it inverts side to side not the one that you lay them down and they roll.

I would leave them in the cartons and keep doing what you are doing. I hatch them in the cartons and have had chicks with detached air sacs hatch just fine with this method. Good luck, when did you get the eggs?

I wouldn't put them back in the turner. I hand turn my eggs now. I have a turner, I just don't use it.

I got them on Monday the 11th and put them in Tuesday at 2pm so we are on day 6 now. Im hoping it works out, thanks for the help! I candled last night because I was checking air sacs and idk...my other eggs in the bator are starting to vein and hedemoras aren't...a couple have some darkness in the bottom and some look like a infertile light bulb :(
