In Eastern Ontario Kevin Seaward has them I believe, I bought my 1 pair from him.

Performance Poultry in Eastern Ontario has them but I might a few from them last year and I have 1 left I kept and I do not think they are pure, it is much larger than my pair of East Indies, not as big as a Cayuga duck though.
I don't know anyone closer to you.

PP or more likely Murray McMurray or wherever Jason imports them from are fine for barnyard stock. I would rather pay a bit more and get something special.
I will contact Kevin and Josh and see what I can find.

Darren Smale might have some, but @ this time of year he may be down to breeders . Indies are a bantam duck separate from the call duck breed so you may want to edit your post Good Luck

I have BEIs and will have ducklings for sale in the spring if interested. I am east of Peterborough.
