Hello,
My flock was recently infected with ILT so once I decontaminate and prep the coop for new birds I'm going to be looking for replacements. I'll be ready for new birds in sept/Oct. I'm looking for laying hens but would accept chicks as well.
Some breeds I'm looking to replace include:

Blue or black copper marans
Lavender orpington
Welsummer
Ameraucana
Easter egger/olive egger

Please contact me if you have any of the above breeds available in the fall. I'm looking for someone within about 2 hours of Kingston.

Sorry to hear that. I hope some folks have the birds you're looking for.
Welcome to PTO.

I might have a couple extra black copper marans then depending on what the numbers of males and females I have from the 20 chicks I am currently raising. I have stopped breeding marans for this year so no new chicks.

Hi Jim. I'm so very appreciative of the offer. I've been in contact with Guelph u over the past few days and have decided to keep my birds until spring (at least ). I couldn't stomach the thought of starting over right now especially when i have some rare breeds that are so close to laying. Again, thank you so much. You've been incredibly helpful.
