Standard Varieties Brahmas are.... Light, Dark and Buff.
Any other color /variety would be a cross, not that difficult to achieve, by outcrossing to Wyandottes, which come in many varieties.

Yeah so I bought them 😕 thought they'd be a fun summer project (not that I don't have enough on the go already), I got them from Quebec where the originated before then I'm not sure, they are about 5 months old the male is full silver laced, 1 pullet is 50% silver laced and the other pullet doesn't show any lacing.
I've never had brahmas before but always found them fascinating, they're currently penned up with my red orpingtons of the same age and the orps aren't loving it so hopefully after Burks creek f/f on Sunday I can give everyone some much needed space 🤞 granted I don't bring back all of the chicks I'm taking, weather man is calling for snow.
