Does anyone Breed blue leghorns?

Forum rules
Any photos that accompany your ads must be of your own birds. If you have permission to use someone else's photo (for instance you have purchased that bird and now own it but are using the previous owner's photo) in ALL cases these photos must have credit given to the person that owns the photo. Please give credit where credit it due-folks purchasing your birds/eggs would like to see YOUR birds, not someone else's. People are expelled from schools for plagiarizing, let's not get into the habit of doing that here please. Please use the check mark to show you have found or sold your items, or that your trip has been completed in the sub-forums.

Blue leghorns would be pretty! when I set up my Ameraucana actually EE's (cuz I dont breed these to the standard) breeding group I'm going to put in some of my black leghorn hens and start this ball rolling... at the very least I'll get more EE's. but I will tag them and repeat the breeding again next year and so on...

you'd probably have better luck finding andalusians, they look pretty similar and are also good white layers

I'm starting to look for a blue rooster..so I can breed to my black leghorn. Know anyone with a good blue rooster..lol

If you want blues you need to breed a splash to a black and all the young will be blue.

That's what I thought! Someone told me I needed a blue rooster. But I thought for sure I needed a splash. Thanks for the tip. Guess I'll be looking for a splash rooster..lol
