Barred Rock - RIR X Cockerels

We have about 6 cockerels that will be going to freezer camp if they cannot be sold ($1 ea).
They are 18 weeks old and old enough to want to perpetuate their own flock, but what anyone does with them after purchase is up to them.
Coq au vin, anyone?
Some definitely look like barred rock and 2 have some tawny hackles, one of which I can easily pick up.
