Barred Rock Chicks -$6 each SOLD
Just got an Email from PP that my order was incorrect and that my Male sexed BRs are Females. I don't need females so Pick-Up only from me $6 each. I know most people don't complain about females and I don't know how to sex for sure anyway.

They were my first breed 30 years ago, from Freys, it would be one of those life is circular things :) wish I had the space.

Barred rocks are easy to sex....look at the white dot on their heads. Males blend into the shoulders, males feet are lighter, and their wing feathers grow faster.
Females, the dot is longer, wings feather are slower to grow in and their feet and legs are darker.

Farrier1987. South of Chatham on Lake Erie. Chickens, goats, horse, garden, dog, cat. Worked all over the world. Know a little bit about a lot of things. No incubator, broody hens.

@Farrier1987 DH says he will deliver the remaining females to you if you want them (only 2 left we think). The truck does about 16L/100km so that plus a days wages for him. He likes expensive food and wine so you will need to take care of any expenses incurred on the way. He may want to stay at a glitzy spa retreat before driving back but we think you may be able to take care of that with your goat yoga and all? Just let me know when you need them!
