Sweetgrass Turkey Tom. SOLD

Post by Epona » Fri Jan 12, 2018 12:28 pm

Selling my original Tom.....he is a 2012 hatch, making him a solid 6 years old this breeding season. He is a F1 generation from an American import. I did not breed him, but bought him as a poult. He's aged well, but I have a young replacement in the wings and Tommy is not taking the youngster under his wing. More like under his foot. You would probably get a good couple years from him. He is friendly and been free ranged since I got him. He does breed true with a Sweetgrass /calico hen and throws some interesting colour into hatches of other coloured hens. $20.00

I usually go to see my daughter once a month. She's in Fenella, just south of Rice Lake. If you're serious and I still have him by next trip....sometime in February......maybe we could arrange a meet up.

Sounds good keep me in mind if he does not sell when you are heading up to Fenella next time and if the dates work out I will make the drive to come get him.

Thanks
