All birds cooped in by 9am Saturday for judging in the show catalogue.

Last night was set up night.. the 1200 plus cages are all set .. bedding is in .. and tagging water cups happening tonight. ... awaiting the arrival of the birds Friday night and Saturday morning ( Building open from 5 PM to 8 PM friday night .. and 7 AM Saturday .. birds to be in place by 9 am as judging will take place shortly there after ..... A few notes of interest... We will be having a silent auction of 3 pair of birds from last years champion and Reserve bantam exhibitors as well as last years champion waterfowl exhbitor.. Don Harrington is putting in a pair of Grey Call ducks... Stephane Laliberte is putting in a pair of Black wyandotte bantams , and last years champion of show Joe Mc Hugh will be putting in a pair of white rock bantams... There will be several other items up for grabs as well. We will be having a sales section ( limited space first come first serve) ( only for available for exhibitors to sell from) anyone can buy. These are available at a cost of $5 rental fee. ( max 4 LF or 8 Bantams per large fowl hole.. ) ... We will also be having 2 draws .. a 50/50 and a donated item draw.. We hope to see many of you there ..

Oh forgot to mention ..
Both the Feather Fancier and Exhibitor New papers will be on hand as well as we will have a merchant who will be selling our souvenir official OPB shirts & hats . This merchant will also be offering to design and embroider your farm name on the garment of your choice as he will have his machine and design computer at the show. Remember Christmas is right around the corner .... Also Minor Brothers Farm Supply will have a booth at the show selling feed and other poultry related goods.
