Oh and the mechanically reclaimed chicken used in human food is interesting too.
Now for cats it used to be, for me, whatever the picky little bugger would eat. In Quincy's case when he got very old he demanded moose and venison!

Very interesting, and a little surprising that steamed chicken is more nutritious than raw.
