Hi, Last year I purchased poultry shrink bags from duropac. They are better than the ones I ordered from USA in previous years - thicker bags and clearer too. I plan to put in an order for this year. Anyone want to divvy up an order? They are a Canadian company so no shipping an no exchange rate!

250 X 410 ( 10 X 16) $302.57/M 1,000/CS - for chickens up to about 8 lbs - works out to about 30 cents per bag

350 X 600 (14 X 24) $429.93/M 700/CS - for turkey up to about 20 lbs - works out to about 61 cents each

For anyone that has not used this kind of bag they are AWESOME! plop your bird in, close it tightly with a plastic zip-tie, poke a small air escape hole where you can find it easily later and dunk for just a few seconds in almost boiling water.

I have the shrink bags now. With HST they work out to...
Chicken (250mm x 410mm) $34.19/100
Turkey (350mm x 600mm) $48.58/100
You don't have to take 100, just easier to calculate the price that way. I am not adding any markup to this so it's pick up only. I get them from a company in Montreal called Duropac. They have free shipping and you don't have to worry about exchange rate. Maybe others' from farther away want to order some to share with those around them (minimum order is 1,000 bags for chicken, 700 for turkey)

email me directly if you want some of mine - it's getting busy and I don't check back here as much as in winter karen.cook495@gmail.com
