Processing abbatoirs

Unsure. I know my friend took in 15 birds and they were fine with it.

Well I decided to take my turkeys to Hendersons in Chesterville, Eastern Ontario instead of processing them myself. I would highly recommend them because of the smooth, clean operation. With the turkeys you back up to the door and hand the birds to a processor. By the time you hand the next bird the first is dead, about 15 seconds total. It seemed reasonably stress free for the birds with no noise or fuss and very low stress for me. A beautiful job was done on them too! They were very patient with a newbie and told me exactly what they needed.

a new listing: Berube poultry, 613-989-2020, close to Kemptville, 10135 McIntyre road North Dundas, they did my geese and do ducks and other poultry

When did you have your geese done Bert?
The name sounds very familiar, have to ask DH if we ever used them.

I was there first week of November. They are the only place sort of near that does waterfowl.
