Anybody know how to do this, could teach others?
I have removed the pollen producing parts of cats, dogs, horses, pigs, cattle, goats etc and there is a good reason for it. But I have never learned the skill of a similar thing with birds and I would like to. Have gone on the net, and seen some examples, but leary to just start carving without a mentor that knows what they are doing.
Anyone with some skills to share, or interest in also learning this, please chime in.

While we haven't actually tried it on a live bird, we've poked and prodded the young-ish rooster culls on kill day (after they're dead!) to become familiar with the anatomy. My DH found this PDF inspiring... good ideas on how to restrain the bird so it goes smoothly.
