Well, I just pulled off 18 in 2 1/2 hours. OK, truth be told, I can't take all the credit or even 1/2 but hey, I am bestowing myself with a solid 1/3 credit. After all, for the very 1st time, I did some all by my lonesome from start to finish. Yup, I'm pretty badass. My new goal is to do the deed without calling upon my handy dandy (& much appreciated) pal Hong The Dispatcher.

In all honesty, Hong The Dispatcher is the machine...I did do 3 from start to finish & had a hand in various aspects of the assembly line but he makes it look easy. It took me the better part of the next day just to piece them for the freezer & make stock.
