I'm hoping in the very near future this becomes available to the general public, but right now it looks available only commercially.

I remember a while ago I asked about the best bedding for ducks. Someone mentioned peat moss and then the conversation about the environmental impact of peatmoss followed. Of course I didn't get into Peatmoss. Peatmoss is not sustainable, non-renewable and is often compared to the oil industry for its environmental destruction.

Pittmoss is:
100% sustainable
Pathogen Free
Made from recycled paper rescued from landfills


Wetting Agent 0%
Lime Additive 0%
Fungicide 0%
Insecticide 0%
Environmentally Sustainable 100%

That's an impressive rap sheet! They actually were on Shark Tank, the TV show and 3 (I believe) sharks invested $600,000.
