I designed a very high tech process. I put a plastic bag inside a 3 gallon maple sap bucket filled with grass, then used a second sap bucket to press down with my weight on top, added more grass, compressed again.....repeat.... very high tech.

Bahahahaha! You youngsters and your new fangled gadgets! In MY day we would've recruited small children to jump up and down in the bag. LOL!

My kids were busy cutting and raking up the grass, I was the lazy one, sitting on a stool packing it into the bags.
