Friday October 18,2019
Doors open for receiving entry 5 PM - 8 PM
Social Hour at Bogeys Grill House ( lobby of the Casablanca Hotel) 8 Pm until ?

Saturday October 19,2019
Doors open at show hall 7 AM for receiving of entries all entries to be in place by 9 AM
Judging to start approx 9:15 am
Showmanship ( juniors 6-18 ) sign up 9:30 - 11 AM
Junior Showmanship to be held as soon as Jr show judging is completed
Silent auction 9:30 Am - 2:30 PM .. soft close on all items... meaning last 2 bidders may up the bid in live auction.
Building to Close approx 4:30 PM
Social hour at Bogeys Grill House (lobby of Casablanca Hotel) 7:30 PM - ?

Show Hall opens at 7:30 AM
Champions picked at 9 AM
Awards ceremony 9:30 Am ( approx) Birds will be released after awards are handed out

Feathers Elite Quarantine Services will be on Hand with a full line of supplies for all your feathered friends needs. They are our main sponsor for 2019 we encourage you to support them. They are planning on doing imports from Europe if poultry in the near future for any interested parties.

Another great show and kudos to all those who worked so hard to organise it. It ran so smoothly and the Judges were very informative too!
I may have come home with a rather lovely Auction souvenir but it isn't a bird - GASP.
