2018 OPB Auction Birds pictures

Post by modern17 » Tue Oct 02, 2018 2:36 pm

Over the next few days I will be posting pictures of several of the lots of birds that will be offered for sale in our silent auction at the show on Saturday Oct 20,2018.We do not have pictures of them all but will post what I have . This auction will be held through out the day to take bids. We will be closing off bids at approx 3 PM .. this auction will have a soft closing meaning that the last two names will be able to battle it out at 1 min intervals to until time is up.. or one participant stops bidding. We have gathered an amazing group of birds from top breeders and exhibitors from across North America. Don't miss your chance to own some of these amazing birds. One note.. I am not a professional photographer in the least. I have done my best to get good shots of these birds but the truth is .. they are much more impressive in person.. Questions on these birds I will answer by Private Message .

Lot # 1 White Wyandotte Large Fowl , This pair was donated by Rick Hare of Springville NY . Rick is one of the top breeders of Large Wyandottes in North America. This pair are absolutely amazing. They are approx 6 months of age.. and will only get better. The male is powerful and just needs a little time to fill out more. The female is equally amazing and has just started laying and needs a month to be in full bloom. A great opportunity for anyone with Wyandottes to infuse to their existing lines or to start a new line. Amazing birds !!!

Lot 5 SC Light Brown Leghorns donated by George Beyers of East Aurora NY . George is a master breeder in both the APA and ABA. Know for both his Lt brown and White leghorns. He has some of the best in North American . This pair are stunning. The male is about 5 months old and is about a month away from being in prime condition .. just his tail left to fill in. He is beautifully colored and shows proper leghorn type all around. The female is as good a colored female as I have ever seen. Type to burn. This pair will put you on the map in Leghorn bantams in a hurry.
