At OPB we are firm believers in planning ahead . We want to get the word out there that our host hotel has a block of rooms in place for our exhibitors to reserve. This reserve of rooms is only held until Sept 19th 2018 but it will sell out long before this date , so do not delay in booking your rooms. We have secured the rate of $119 per night at the Casablanca Winery Inn 4 Windward Drive Grimsby Ontario Ph # 877-446-5746( you must mention you are with Ontario Poultry Breeders to get this rate) . Our block is set for Oct 19th & 20th 2018.. remember OPB is a two day event this year ( October 20 & 21,2018) . We urge you to book as soon as possible to not be disappointed. We will have our regular Friday night social as well we are planning a big OPB 25th Anniversary party on the Saturday night. This will be the place to be for this show. We look forward to seeing you at this "BIG" must attend poultry event. We are hearing interest from the Western ( BC , AB, SK & MB) and Eastern provinces ( NS ,NB, PEI) as well as Quebec and across Ontario... its going to be big !

Question
If one decided to stay an extra night (Sunday) would there be anywhere at the hall to keep the birds overnight? Thinking in case anyone wants to help clean up.

We will be releasing the birds on Sunday AM after the champions are picked and the major awards are handed out ... approx 10 AM ... the tear down starts as soon as we can after that...and we plan to be done by 4:30 ish with the tear down..
any one wanting to stay and help tear down is more than welcome.. might even feed you lol... Everything must be gone /removed from the hall that evening . So in answer to your question no there will be no where to keep birds over Sunday night sorry .

No that's fine, didn't know how long the show might go on for but we wouldn't need to stay over the Sunday night!

i had the birds in my rental for those kinda nights.
Better book my room soon!

I think the hotel might wonder about turkeys! See you there.
