Wouldn't let me open this file after I downloaded it.

I took a screen shot and added it into Sues post. for it to not show up on your device could mean you dont have the program or app to view it. its a file.docx so just a regular word file.

Hows this @Silkie Sue, I played with the document a bit, removed a few rows (now there are 25) so it will all fit on one page and converted it to a .doc. now everyone should be able to see it, even with older programs. They can download it and are able to just add the txt on a computer and then print it out or just print it out and hand write it in. Sound good? have a look... if you like it I'll replace into your original post.
