I'm looking for a couple of funky egg layers. Dark egg laying marans, olive eggers, we like the weird ones

And I'll be bringing silkies. Just chicks, a variety of colours. Have some pick ups and pre-sales sorted already.

I'll be looking for some speckled Sussex!!
I don't think I want to part with any tho...unless perhaps a few mixed chicks as a result of the broodies having their way.

So I've never been to this. Is it that good a sale? Maybe I'll have to make it happen!

It's an experience! Very good sale. If you only go to one sale, go to this one. When I was first getting into chickens, I went to the Spring sale one year with a couple of others from this area. Drove up through the night on Saturday, arrived in the wee hours, and drove back on Sunday afternoon. Crazy road trip, great company, great sale - lots of fun!
