Please find in the attachments the information regarding the annual Ontario Poultry Breeders show being held October 22,2016 at the West Niagara Fairgrounds in Grassie Ontario ( Grimsby) . Please note .. entry deadline is September 30,2016 ... this will be strictly adhered to. Much goes into planning this show and due to the need to haul cages we need to know the entry numbers early. Also please note the hotel info .. the rooms are only held at the Casablanca Winery Inn until September 20,2016 ( tell them you are with Ontario Poultry Breeders to get the $119 per night rate) as after this date the rooms will be released to the general public at an increased rate. Our annual social evening is being held in Bogeys Grill house restaurant at the Casablanca Winery Hotel on Friday October 21,2016 .. 8 pm until 11 pm . We look forward to another great show and hope to continue to host Canada's largest stand alone exhibition poultry show... !

Just a friendly reminder .. entries close on September 30,,, time is slipping by quickly .. all entries must be post marked by September 30 th.. or emailed by 12 midnight September 30th to be accepted...all entries must be accompanied with payment of the entry so in the case of postal make a cheque or cash or in the case of email an e transfer must accompany your entry .. thanks for those who already have your entry in .. its shaping up to be a big one again this year.

Just two more days to get your entries in for this years OPB annual show. We have got a good bunch in but just want to remind you that any entries send by postal mail must be post marked by September 30,2016 or if sending by email ( with e transfer) by Midnight september 30 ,2016 to be processed.. no exceptions.. we look forward to having another big show this year...and want you to be a part of it. Don't delay enter today !

Entries have officially closed.. just waiting on next weeks mail to clear for a total number of birds.. but currently over the 1000 mark ... its going to be a good one again this year... Thanks to all that put an entry in .. and look forward to seeing many of you at the show ...
