Re: Mount Forest Fall Fur and Feather
I'm still bringing silkies, a few youngsters, some well started almost at point of laying. Whites, blacks, buff, blue, paint...a few unique colours too. A few naked necks in the batch, a few frizzled silkies, possibly a frizzled sizzle or two as well. I kept a 'few' extras back this year so I had options for next year's plans...got a little carried away. Now it's hard to look at them and let them go! I love my husband, I love my husband, I love my huband...so I must sell

Re: Mount Forest Fall Fur and Feather
LOL...he's priceless. Not sure many men would get up at 3am, drive his chicken crazy family to a sale, load/unload everything, then drive us all home to do chores. Minimal complaining too. He's a good guy. I'm sure he thinks we're crazy, but he still loves us :)Killerbunny wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 12:35 pmHow much are you letting him go for??????madison174 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 9:10 amI love my husband, I love my husband, I love my huband...so I must sell![]()

Re: Mount Forest Fall Fur and Feather
Nearly bought some young frizzle Silkies and a quartet of rose combs, but behaved! I got in line to buy 4 maran chicks & ended up giving one of my boxes to a family in front of us, not realizing that they were buying the marans (; lol. I thought that I was supposed to have good karma! Ah well... maybe they were all boys!
Chatted with lots of nice people and really enjoyed the morning weather. Hope you all had a good sales day.
