Wow, that is truly impressive I would love to visit when they have open house.
Presented DH with the 23 birds per minute processing time, he was wondering if we can get the guy on his day off ?

total staff of 12. 3 look after birds, one office, one full time Federal Inspection employee, 1 guy on the line is muslim and he blesses and does the initial killing (95% of sales is Halal). Another 7 behind him for processing, packing, shipping etc..
