As for my pigeons I use TSC Bronco on wing lice . They don’t seem to bath in my DE much . Also any new birds come in get a Bronco spray while in quarantine .

Re: Hello from London Area
Hello and welcome! I only have 3 yrs. experience with chickens and turkeys.
Sorry about your Dove. We have lost birds this past spring to a weasel and racoon.
I agree with the methods used above for bugs on birds.
There is lots of good advice to be had on this site; all you have to do is ask.

Welcome to the forum. I'm near Seaforth and have mostly Basque(brown eggs) hens available but I also have a couple of Appenzeller Spitzhauben (white egg) and this girl available. She's a Maran's cross with an easter egger and she lays a dark brown egg. All were hatched in 2018.

Thank you so much for all of the advice! I’m looking into the ivermectin to have on hand. We have used it in the past, but not on the birds.
Darn, too bad I missed her @Kbr42
I’m afraid of buying two because I don’t want them to have a friend in each other and then exclude my lonely hen lol. My thought process was, if buy one, they’d be forced to bond? Maybe that logic isn’t sound...
