If you are looking for ready to lay. Pullets Plus in Elmira, they have ISA Browns. I have had them in the past, great layers and sweet birds.

Your logic is sound. It will take a bit of time but your girl will bond with a single other hen. Looks like you have some good options in your area! Best of luck!

She will bond with another hen but only if you put both together in unfamiliar territory, then they tendvto stick together pretty well.
