Hey ya Yorkie! We just left York Region last year for Prince Edward County...more or less city folk, though I was a large animal vet tech like a hundred years ago, but chickens are a new thing for me. We are hoping to accumulate a flock this summer as we progress on our new house build. Long term I would love to get into some breeding and hatching and I think this place is a great place to learn and grow with my flock.

Welcome to the forum. I grew up in York Region and we still have family there, not really that far away actually where we are now. I hope your health improves, or you at least find ways of dealing with your illness so that your avle to enjoy the critters more.
