My hubby and I are moving from our summer Toronto residence to our house in Niagara Falls, ON! We are so excited about the move and SO happy we can finally legally keep chickens! We have a winter house in Florida and 10 ladies down there! When we come back to Canada (have to legally!) for 6 months, our caretakers take care of them and our yard for us. I miss them so much when I come back, but have cameras set up so I can talk to them when they venture to and from the run and the coops:-)
We make the official move in a month, and for now, we have two house Silkies, LeeLee and Audra.
Leelee was recently featured on City TV news with my himilayan kitty, Mitts....they are friends and snuggle, as well as take rides in a bike basket together. She wanted the company of a chicken at night so we got Audra a week later:-)
