WOOOHOOOO CONGRATS!!!!! Im glad you found them cuz I wont have any birds available this year. Did you get a rooster? Im also curious where they came from?

I have two roosters and 5 hens. I got them from a guy in Elora, he has quite the flock of them, still has some for sale if you want to take a 3 hour drive :) They are from no particular known lines, they originated from an older man who just bred and showed them for many many years. He runs two different flocks of unrelated birds, so my roosters are not related to the hens, great start I think :) I can give you his number if you want it, he still has a lot left.
I'll try and get some more pictures today. They have the dark on their feet and down the legs. I just didn't pay much attention to combs...remember, I was buying for heritage, not show. :P
