Hello from Oxford Mills

I look forward to reading the different posts on this site. My wife and I your were tired of living in a condo in the centre of Ottawa so in turn we purchased a small hobby style farm (7.5acres). Now we have twenty two chickens, a couple of guard cats, and one Peacock with two Peahens. We have planted a few apple trees, we keep a garden, so we have purpose in life again.
In the spring we plan on starting to incubate a few eggs and see what that brings us in fortune.

Welcome to PTO! I grew up near Oxford Mills on Cty. Rd. 18. Really nice area. Loads of helpful folks and chicken math enablers here!

...lived for 30 years in the North Gower area then came here near Portland in '12...lots of good folks here...far far too many enablers but it seems like you don't need too much help in that department...lol
