Hot peppers

Post by lolotsung » Mon Dec 27, 2021 5:38 pm

So my hubby bought 20 super hot Thai peppers and I know I can't eat that many. So I called my mom and asked her how she makes here jarred hot peppers. She does not measure anything but here is her recipe. She also doesn't write any recipes on paper but she's a great chef. Put on two pairs of gloves because the peppers will burn through 1 pair. Chop into fine pieces. Fill jar until the peppers are covered with soya sauce. A bit of sesame seed oil in. A bit of sugar. Fill jar to the top with white vinegar. That's it! I love it and it keeps forever.
