Leftover Recipe

Post by Killerbunny » Mon Dec 23, 2019 6:37 pm

I just made this with shredded Guineafowl instead of turkey. It is amazing! I had to cook it a bit longer by temping the centre because my filling was wetter.

Enjoy.

Wow complicated, but looks delicious.
I have just sworn this is my last Gourmet Christmas dinner, which requires 3 days of cooking.
Next year I am having it catered ;)

It's not at all complicated a careful read through and you're off! The long time given is just for the proving.
