Spicy tomato Condiment
Not really sure what to call this but I made it to try out. It's terrific!
I used chopped jalapenos not pepper flakes.

Yum! I also like that you don't HAVE to can this recipe; i.e., you can freeze it or store it in the fridge, if I have read the instructions correctly.

Yes, I froze mine because for 2 of us a whole jar is a pest.

Forgot to mention, I made this and also a batch of regular ketchup. This recipe is hands down the better choice!

That does sound good.
If you switch the raisins for sweet peppers and keep the jalapenos, you could call it salsa!
I have a great recipe for salsa if anyone wants it. Got from Canadian Living Magazine years ago. To me, it beats any store bought brands.
