1. Fry them with eggs in the morn (if you chop n fry they lose heat then add egg n cheese)
2. Hamburg soup
3. No other plans yet

Diligently follow the path of two swords as one. Percieve that which the eye cannot see. Seek the truth in all things. Do not engage in useless activity.

The search for flavour

I have about a dozen Poblano seeds left over from 2014, if anyone wants me to pop them in the mail. I'll add in a few other flavourful seeds (: I think that I have some Chile D'Arbol seed too.

I cut Poblanos into strips, blanch & freeze them. Since they usually go in recipes chopped fairy finely, this works best for me to keep the most flavour. I use them as a substitute for green bell peppers in any Mexican or Southern recipes.

When you let Poblanos turn red & dry them they become Anchos (hotter & tastier). You can often find them in Oriental supermarkets as well as the Caribbean shops (: They are in the dried spice aisle. I love the smokey sweet bit of heat that they provide.
