Lavender Lemonade

This is amazing for headaches, anxiety or just to have as a refreshing drink.

The original recipe:

Lavender Lemonade

Ingredients

1 cup raw honey
5 cups pure water
1/4 cup dried lavender. dried, organic culinary lavender ( or 1 drop lavender essential oil)
6 lemons, peeled and juiced approx.
Lavender sprigs for garnish

Directions

1. Pour 1/2 the water in a pan, bring to boil and remove from heat
2. Add honey and dried lavender let steep for approximately 20 minutes.
3. Strain mixture and pour into larger container.
4. Add lemon juice and the remaining water. Stir well
5. Refrigerate

My revisions.
I use a kettle and use my steep balls for the Lavendar.
I use an infuser so I just cut up the lemons and add to infuser holder and just refrigerate. I don't use them.
As a garnish I add a few leaves of mint.
The honey is beneficial raw so I add in the jars it is steeped in when it is cool, put lid on and shake well. Then add Lavendar and honey mixture to jug with infuser.

Try this next time you have a headache, or just try it. I bet you'll love it!

I'm wondering if I can 'can' it. I get frustrated when I have a headache and it feels like a silly long time to wait for it to cool. I do not like it when it is luke warm.
