So I made this for dinner tonight. With a twist. I was cleaning out a freezer and found a bag of frozen perogies I had made earlier in the year. (I thought we ate them all)
So I boiled up the perogies and added them to the Brussel sprout master piece and fried them up to have a sligh crisp crust. OH MY GOSH! It was sooooo good.
