Celery - can you freeze it
Bit of a screw up. I would like to know if I can blanch and freeze celery for use in soups and stews later.

Yes, absolutely! I do it all the time, if I've got more celery than I will eat before it browns. I don't blanch it, just chop and freeze...but I don't blanch anything.
