first pickling of the season!

Post by KimChick » Thu Jun 22, 2017 4:59 pm

Did my first pickling of the season the other day - 3 pints of garlic scapes.
Since I have never pickled those before, I found a recipe online and got er done.
I'll let you know how they turned out when it's time to try them.

Great idea, we always BBQ the first few and then forget the rest, nice way to use all of them
