It definitely worked on "older" eggs, but because they were refrigerated, it heated too quickly, and a couple of the six cracked and leaked. But that's just par for the course. As soon as I get some extra, fresh non-refrigerated eggs, I'll try it on them.

I just let hard boiled eggs cool IN water, they peel well no matter the age...although older eggs do have shrinkage, so should peel easier
