Jan...that sounds about right..Levac includes a per litre charge for rental of the tanks...i use Budget and the tank rental is a separate flat fee..its kinda weird that in Levacs case, the more propane you use the more rent you pay..

We got ours filled up yesterday and it was 67.9/L without hst. We're with Rosebush in PEC.

Most people don't know it, but you can usually call in August and get your propane price "locked in" for the year. At least from the company I deal with. As a longstanding customer they have locked me in without me asking for the last few years now.
I locked in at .5990/L this year. But my last fill Feb 16/17 came in with a handwritten note attached that said "3 cents per litre has been added for Carbon Tax" That came up to an extra $28!! Carbon tax....the 2017 money grab.
