My husband has been talking about planting Hazelnuts for years....might just have to get on that. The nursery near Napanee, well that is just too darn close!

Im going on Wednesday...not so much on nut growing, more on woodlot focus....i have butternut, hickory and walnut here...would like to know more about propagating those, as well as managing the forest better

I planted 4 tree's from hardyfruittrees this fall. Although not Nut trees I will let you know if they take hold this spring.
